The staff at "Saruwan" were incredible. Delicious omelettes made fresh every morning. Genuinely caring and attentive service. Efforts made to ensure a pleasant stay. Friendly and helpful staff. Great customer service experience. Delightful breakfast omelettes every morning.

The breakfast was average, but one of the staff members was nice enough to prepare omelettes every day. The location was somewhat convenient, only being a short distance from a few restaurants and shops. Additionally, the room was spacious enough to move about comfortably and always had adequate lighting.
The water issues were unbearable, as we were unable to shower or use the restroom properly on multiple occasions throughout the day and night. Furthermore, the constant appearance of cockroaches was unpleasant and made it challenging to relax in the room. Lastly, the wifi was incredibly unreliable, making staying connected nearly impossible.

the breakfast staff at Saruwan were wonderful, making tasty omelettes every morning. the room was comfortable with good amenities including a nice pool and friendly service. the location was convenient to many attractions.
We did have some unwanted visitors in the form of cockroaches, which detracted from an otherwise enjoyable stay.

The breakfast provided by the hotel was not good, but luckily there was a staff member at the restaurant who really tried to make it better. the omelettes made by Saruwan were delicious and made every morning a little bit brighter. the hotel had a great location near a lot of restaurants and shops, making it easy to explore the city.
the water was frequently shut off, causing some discomfort during the day and night.
